Holly’s formal education and work background is in teaching. She studied music education at Northeastern Illinois University. After school, she taught music and band in Chicago area schools. She transitioned from teaching kids to running a music company where along with other work she taught teachers how to teach more effectively for several years. Later, Holly took a job testing, designing and teaching software for a "Fortune 100" company in Buffalo Grove Illinois.
In these jobs, Holly has taught everyone from 5th graders to corporate management teams, from warehouse guys to corporate executive, and everything in between. The nicest thing about teaching (besides June, July, and August) is that the skills for teaching one subject are transferable to teaching other subjects. Shortly after learning to digitize, Holly began teaching our first employee to digitize. Since then, she has honed her skills in digitizing and has continued to develop techniques for teaching those skills to others. She has now taught digitizing to hundreds of people and she can teach YOU too!

Our recorded videos are in FLASH format and can be played in almost all web browsers except for the ones on iPad and iPhone. You can attend our live online lessons using a computer with internet connection whether Windows or Mac. You can even attend live events from your mobile devices including Android, iPhone, or iPad.
Our lessons are taught in Generations digitizing software. People often ask if they can use other digitizing software to take our lessons. The short answer is… "No". The long answer is that it would be very frustrating to try to learn another program while watching our lessons. Though the theory is the same regardless of what digitizing software you use, the process and tools are different and some are not even available in other software. If you don’t have Generations software, then this is NOT the website for you.
As a member of the site, you will be able to watch the pre-recorded lesson videos here online and attend the live online webinars and access our forum too. Our videos and live lessons are not "delivered to you", rather you come to the website and view them or particpate in them while here. You can not download our videos and store them on your computer, and we don’t ship them out on CD or DVD as part of your membership. You may watch them online while on our site only. You will need an internet connection to participate. I use a cell phone for internet access which is a relatively slow way of access internet, and I can usually start a video in about 30 seconds.
